We respectfully petition you to pardon Brennan James Callan, whom the jury said is guilty of partially sinking the Belle of Louisville (steamboat) in August 1997. The prosecution admitted that there were no witnesses, no fingerprints, and no hard evidence that Brennan James Callan attempted to sink the Belle.We believe that this is the most direct way to let those who are able to pardon Brennan know how you feel.
